Parameters
$name : string

The event name

$commandName : string

The command name

$input : InputInterface
$output : OutputInterface
$args : array<string|int, mixed> = array()

Arguments passed by the user

$flags : array<string|int, mixed> = array()

Optional flags to pass data not as argument
